Refund policy

Making a return:

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To make a return, please follow the steps:

1. Return form

Fill the return form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, product number, date of purchase and bank informations.

2. Before shipment

Please send the product back with all its accessories and the receipt or copy of the invoice. Please note, that sending the returned products is at the customers' expense.

3. Shipment

The product with the printed return document should be sent to the following address:
